Do you have any dimensions on this part? Is there a detail drawing or spec sheet showing how it was intended to be mounted?

I have attached for you a dimensional drawing of the Lubed Straight Spindle with Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Axle part # LC134563. The spindle uses L44649 and L68149 bearings so you use the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 84545UC1-EZ or the etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K and the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-468-469.
In regards to installation, this will really need to be done by a professional as it requires precision welding. The butt of the spindle will need to be aligned with the end of the axle tube and then fully welded with the brake flange in the correct position. I don't have any documents for this unfortunately.
