The Dexter hub Item # 84546UC3-EZ does not come with a D washer. It only has a nut and the new style retainer. Should I use my old D washer between the spindle nut and the outer bearing? Thank you

Yes, you should use your old d-washer or get a new one part # 5-23 when installing the etrailer Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. The d-washer is needed to shield the bearing from the spindle nut and retainer.
