I have a curt 18115 with extension and I am curious if I can attach kayak carriers to this?

I do have an option for you but if you wanted to carry multiple kayaks then the Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket part # C18115-117 would have to come off the vehicle as there is no adapter to allow you to attach kayak carriers to this like their are for some other roof cargo baskets.
Once you remove the cargo basket you can then use two sets of the J-Style Kayak Carrier part # E98878 in order to carry both your kayaks. These j-style carriers are easier to load and they save space on the roof. The above also comes with everything that you need to secure them.
If you have a trailer hitch then you can install the 24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches part # C18152 so that you can still carry cargo while also hauling your kayaks.
