An 18,000 btu AC unit is going to draw quite a bit of wattage to start up. The etrailer.com generator part # 333-0003 that you referenced can supply 3,200 watts for startup which isn't quite enough for a 15k AC so you'd need a higher wattage generator like the etrailer.com generator parallel kit part # 333-0003-2-0007 which can supply up to 6,000 watts of starting power. The extra wattage will help so that you can have other accessories working while the AC comes off and on.
