The TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension # TLE1648 is listed for 2017 and new Ford hitches as that's the year Ford started offering the 3 inch hitch size. A 2008 Ford F-350 would not have had a 3 inch hitch installed on it from the factory.
You most likely instead have a 2-1/2 inch hitch which would require the Titan hitch extender part # RP45292 which would work great with this as it fits that size and is 34 inches long.
