Question:
What is the center hight off the ground of the 2inch installed receiver hitch? I need to know this to determine what tongue to purchase for the trailer I intend to use. This is for a 2012 Dodge Caravan. My trailer specs say that its end is 14inch above the ground.

When we installed the hitch part # E98854 on a similar 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan the measurement from the top of the hitch opening down to the ground was 13-1/2 inches. Since your trailer spec is 14 inches from the coupler lip to the ground that means you need a rise of 1/2 inch. For that we have the Curt ball mount part # D-4 which has a 3/4 inch rise and Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3.
For a 2 inch hitch ball you'd want the part # 63845 or for a 1-7/8 inch part # 19260 and you'd be set.
