Replacement Surge Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout for 3 Trailer Channel Tongue

I just found out Drum brakes do not need a reverse lockout...so now what are my options.....

The closest thing that we have to your description if the Titan Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout # T63FR. This is rated for 7,500 lbs towing/750 lbs tongue weight, is compatible with a 2" hitch ball, comes with a manual reverse lockout, and fits a 3" wide channel tongue.

The horizontal mount holes are 3" apart on center and then those are both 2-3/4" apart from the lower one as you can see in the attached photo and review video.

That's only partly true. Some drum brakes are free backing like part # AKFBBRK-35 and for that application you wouldn't need a manual reverse lockout. But for other options that don't have the free backing feature you would still need the reverse lockout.
