We do have a good solution to cover your 2013 Toyota Tundra with a camper mounted on it, though there isn't a single cover for this type of application, you will need to get a couple.

The first thing you will need is the Rampage 4-Layer Outdoor Truck Cab Cover # RA1320 which covers only the cab of your '13 Tundra and will only fit so long as you have a Standard Cab and there is a bit of space under the top portion of the camper for the cover to fit (there normally is so this should not be an issue).

For the camper you would then need the Adco SFS AquaShed Truck Camper Cover - Up to 10' Long # 290-12262 or Adco SFS AquaShed Truck Camper Cover - Up to 12' Long # 290-12263 depending on the length of your camper.

The covers may take a bit of maneuvering in order to get the best fit and you may not be able to totally secure every strap of the cover as they aren't designed for use when mounted but this is really the only option if you want to cover both the truck and camper. Additionally the truck camper cover won't actually cover the sides of your Tundra's truck bed, but it will cover the camper!
