Question:
Tandem axle trailer and I need to replace the rear axle as it’s wearing the left tire terribly. 2” square tubing, 88” hub face to hub face, 70” between spring centers, 5 on 4.5 lug pattern.

None of the 'off the shelf'' trailer axles we offer precisely match those dimensions, but we do have something that could be easily made to work for you. The # 35545I-EZ-89 you mentioned isn't a perfect match, but being a 1/2 inch off on each side on the hub face dimension won't make any difference in ride quality, safety or tire wear. The included spring seats would need to be ground off and and replaced using two # TRSS238. Because this is a round, not a square axle, you'd need a new U-bolt kit, part # APUBR-1.
