Thanks for getting back to me about the Adarac Pro Series Rack. I am still skeptical about it fitting with my hard tri-fold Tonneau Cover. Are you positive that it will fit my 2018 Ford F-150 5 and 1/2 foot bed with my existing Tonneau cover. Thanks,

The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4000964 which is a fit for your 2018 Ford F-150 will work with your existing tonneau cover so long as it does not cover the stake pocket holes. The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK48329 for example does not cover the stake pocket holes.
If your tonneau cover does cover the stake pocket holes then there would be no way to install a rack over this and your only option would be a roof rack, the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System part # RRVA150B-2, part # RRRLKVA, and part # DK427 is what I recommend.
In order to carry kayaks with either option you will need to use the Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier part # TH849000.
