Yes, the Manual Pull-Out Steps # LC432690 that you referenced will fit your 2008 Jayco JayFlight 30 BHS. The great thing about RV steps is that they can basically fit any RV since the install brackets can be moved, the steps can be welded directly to the RV, or you can install new brackets with the Outriggers # LC301704.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
