Recommended Tailgate Cap for 2002 Chevy Silverado

I have a 2002 Silverado ext can. I’m try to find a full tailgate protector that will cover holes from factory cap. Factory cap is removed. I have one on truck now that does cover holes but it’s 16 years old. Thanks
