Will Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner Fit 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 with Catback and Cold Air
Question:
Will there be any concerns I need to address, or be aware of with my 2003 ram 1500 5.7L HEMI. The vehicle has a KandN cold air intake and Dynomax Superturbo catback exhaust. Anything with Speed Limiters or anything that can be damaging?

Programmers like the SuperChips Flashpaq part # SU4845 that you referenced work really well on vehicles that have the exact modifications that you have with the cold air intake and the cat-back system. You are at the limit for what programmers are good for in terms of modifications. If you go any further you'd want a custom dyno tune but right where you are at is the sweet spot for the Flashpaq.
If you don't change the limiters in the programmer they will easily be safe as-is.
