Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2014 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid

The Curt hitch part # C11276 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2014 Toyota Prius Plug In and would do a great job to carry a bike rack. The only other solution I might recommend instead for your vehicle is the Draw Tite part # 24967 since only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which gives a more concealed look and also gives better ground clearance.
While we don't carry the Allen bike rack you mentioned it's not a terrible choice. For a similar priced bike rack I'd rather recommend you the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider part # HR200Z. This is a platform bike rack which will be much easier to load and will hold the bikes in a more stable way. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
