The Derale Atomic-Cool Remote Transmission Cooler Kit part # D13950 will draw up to 4.8 amps. In regards to fluid capacity, this is not a figure that Derale provides. That said if the reason you are asking this is to determine how much fluid needs to be added to the system in order to account for the increased fluid capacity, I would say around 1/4-1/2 quart but this will vary mostly based on the length of line used so it is best to check and then add as needed.
