Yes, the VanTred Custom Floor Mat for Cargo Vans part # VTRF92 will fit your 2006 Ford E-350 if you cut out the holes for the seat posts. There is not a VanTred Custom Floor Mat for the passenger model so this will be your best option. Also, please note the above is for a standard wheelbase model (116" long mat) whereas you would need part # VTRF92X for an extended wheelbase model (136" long mat).
