I do have an option for you but the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford - Glossy Finish part # C16448-104 is designed to fit 2005-2010 Ford Super Duty trucks so it is not a fit for your 2012.

For fifth wheel rails and custom brackets that do not require drilling into the frame on your 2012 Ford F-250 you need part # C16424-204. These rails and custom brackets do not require you to drill into the frame but does require drilling into the bed to install the actual rails. They fit both the 6-3/4 Foot Bed without OEM Prep Package and 8 Foot Bed without OEM Prep Package beds.

This kit will give you industry standard bed rails that will be compatible with any fifth wheel hitch that uses industry standard rails.
