The modern tire size for the 20.5 x 8.0-10 tire is 205/65-10.
The exact wheel and tire combo you need will depend on the wheel bolt pattern used by your pop-up (4 lug on 4 inch bolt circle, 5 lug on 4-1/2 inch bolt circle or 5 lug on 5-1/2 inch bolt circle) as well as the load rating needed. You'll want to choose a two wheel/tires with a combined between the two load rating greater than the GVWR of the pop-up. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating represents the maximum the pop-up can weigh once it's fully loaded.
The GVWR should be listed on the identification plate along with the VIN. I'll link you to a help article that will help you determine the bolt pattern of your wheels. Unfortunately, I don't have a reference source that will tell me how your pop-up is equipped, so if you could please reply with that specific information, I'd be happy to make a recommendation.
