While we do have exactly what you need to add a track-mounted roof rack system, the Thule TK1 Fit Kit as well as the other parts that work with it, have been discontinued, which means you will need to replace that fit kit to get a full track-mounted roof rack.
For a complete system, you will need to start with the tracks, and since I am not certain what application you are using this for (camper, van, etc.), you'll need to decide the appropriate length for the Thule Top Track Roof Mount System: 42" Long # THTP42, 54" Long # THTP54 or 60" Long # THTB60.
Next, you will need the Thule Fit Kit for Podium Style Foot Pack # THKIT3101 and the Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH460R.
Finally, you will need crossbars, and the correct length is again going to depend on your application so you will want to measure the width where you are going to install the tracks and use that as a guide for how long your crossbars need to be. You can then choose from the following:
- Thule SquareBar Crossbars - Steel - 47" Long # TH712200, 53" Long # TH712400, 60" Long # TH712500
- Thule ProBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - 69" Long # TH713600, 79" Long # TH713700
I have added links to video reviews of these bars for you to check out as well.
