Question:
Are there any issues/problems if this is working at the same time as our 100 watt Go Power rooftop system? Any conflicts/issues between the two controllers the original wall mount for the 100 watt panel, and the controller that comes with this system?

The Go Power Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller # 34282729 will work just fine with your other solar panel roof kit. It will just add to the charge your current kit is supplying to the battery for an even higher amperage charge.
