I already have the Yakima RailGrab that I use on my Odyssey. Will the pin adapters that work on the 2011 Audi Q7 flush mounted roof rails work on the 2012 model?

Yes. I checked with Yakima and the Pin Adapters, # Y8880201, will fit the 2012 Audi Q7. When used on the Audi the RailGrabs require the 48 inch crossbars. If the bars on the Odyssey are shorter then it will not work on the Audi. You would need the 48 inch bars, # Y00408.
