Using the WeatherTech Cargo Liner when a Highlander Limited 3rd Row Seat is Folded Down

Question:

We have a third row seat in our highlander which will be used infrequently. Most of the time the third row seat on the Highlander Limited will be folded into the floor. Will this cargo mat cover the cargo area with the 3rd seat folded under the floor?

With the third row seating folded down, the WeatherTech Cargo Liner - Gray, part # WT42328, will extend all the way to the back of the 2nd row seats. It will cover the back of the 3rd row seats when they are folded down.
