I have a solution for you, but because your 1999 F-550 cab and chassis is typically a flatbed truck, no hitch manufacturers designed anything specifically for this vehicle. For this reason you would need to have something fabricated on to the chassis to use any type of gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch.
