I do have a great option for you, however there aren't any TorkLift Custom Camper Tie-Downs available for your 2012 Ford F-250 Crew Cab that's equipped with running boards.
The best option for your F-250 is with a universal set of tie-downs like the excellent Brophy # HSSF paired with the Turnbuckles and Hardware Kit # TDHP. These durable tie-downs simply get clamped onto the bed rails of your truck without the need for drilling. The mounting hardware is included.
You will just want to make sure that the external bed rails on your F-250 aren't wider than 5-1/2 inches and that you have at least 2 inches of space beneath the bed rail lip. I have attached a video demonstration that you can check out as well.
