Will this bike beam work with a womens carbon bike and seat post?

You could use the Saris Bones Trunk Rack part # SA805BL with a women's bike that has a carbon frame but you are going to need to use a bike frame adapter bar like part # UB01 so that the rack won't touch the delicate carbon frame and also to allow the bike to be carried level. This adapter attaches to the bikes seat post and steering stem and gives the rack a level attachment point. See attached picture and review video.
