The Draw Tite hitch part # 75225 is the least visible trailer hitch option for your 2019 Acura MDX based on the safety chain loops being more out of plain sight since they are pointed down instead of to the sides like the Curt # C13146.
I attached two pictures of the hitches mentioned on a 2019 MDX just like yours. The one on the left is the Draw Tite and the one on the right is the Curt so you can see what I mean.
