Will the BandW Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Part number BWRVK3500-5W fit any bandw turn over hitch?

The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W is compatible with any B&W gooseneck hitch unless it is installed on a flatbed truck. In that case you'd need part # BWRVK3050 instead which is specially designed for flatbed truck use.
If your vehicle has a short bed it is recommended to use the sliding version part # BWRVK3400-5W instead so that you can gain enough turning clearance that your trailer doesn't make contact with your truck cab.
