Question:
I have a 1960 Fireball camper I’m restoring and the ceiling vent is destroyed. The inside vent measures 13x13 that’s the actual hole. Would the 14 1/4 x 14x 1/4 manual vent work.

It does sound like you have a standard 14" x 14" roof vent on your 1960 Fireball camper. I went out to the warehouse and measured the inside of the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28 to find that the inside measures about 13-1/4" x 13-1/4" so it would work well for your application.
This particular vent is manually operated like what likely originally came on your camper. We do have upgraded vents though that connect to power and utilize fans to help vent the air better.
