Question:
Stainless steel rise 2” hitch ball. Is there a 2” hitch ball with 1” shank diameter with a 1” rise. I can only find chrome plated steel in these high rise balls.

There are very few trailer hitch balls with a rise, and all of them are made of chrome-plated steel, including the 2" trailer hitch balls.
Both 2" hitch balls have a 6,000 lb capacity and 1" diameter shank with the difference being the amount of rise; the Curt 2" Hitch Ball # C40033 has a 1" rise and the Curt 2" Hitch Ball # C40034 has a 2" rise.
Most trailer hitch balls are made out of chrome-plated steel now and they are just as high-quality as their stainless steel brethren while having the benefit of being more budget-friendly.
