The correct Husky Custom Mounting Bracket Kit that you will need to install Husky Universal Base Rails part # HT30686 on a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited is part # HT31413. This will then allow you to use the Husky Silver Series 16K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # HT31326-31196.
The trim package (Elevation) and bed size (6-1/2') does not matter as the Husky Custom Mounting Bracket Kit will fit all trim levels and bed lengths.
