What Does Yellow Wire of 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector H20044 Wire To
Question:
Sorry Jameson but now I'm totally confused. I was referring to the attached chart. The Molded Connector H20044 has 7 wires. The chart only has instructions for 6 wires. There are no instructions on where to connect the yellow wire on molded connector to. I'm assuming my existing wiring is what your chart refers to as "usual trailer wire". Picture attached. I have also attached a picture or your H20044 connector. HELP! I want to get this right the first time. What wire gets connected to what wire???... Thank you.

The yellow wire of the 7-way harness part # H20044 that you referenced goes to the center pin of the 7-way which is an aux circuit that is typically used for reverse lights if present on the trailer.
Normally the red wire on a 7-way (RV standard colors) is for the left turn circuit so if you have a red wire I'd not think this would be the correct wire to connect the yellow if the 7-way to. Most likely you'd need to connect it to a yellow wire on your 7-way or to a purple wire. That said, you may not need this circuit connected.
I attached a picture that shows the two ways a 7-way blade connector gets wired by color (left two diagrams) for you to check out.
