Question:
Do you have to put isolater strip on the bed rails if you have a sprayed on bed liner?

The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit part # C16428-204 which is a fit for a 2019 Ford F-250 would not require any sort of additional support/isolator when being used with a spray-in bed liner. I will say that a lot of trucks now have the spray-in bed liner but this has never been an issue for the fifth wheel install kits nor has an aluminium bed construction. The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit does not require any drilling into the frame either.
If you don't already have a fifth wheel hitch, the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16140 or part # C16541 gets my vote as the interlocking dual jaws have a tight grip on the kingpin which makes for a smooth ride and the one pin head removal system allows for one person to remove the hitch by themselves in pieces. I don't suspect this is your first trailer but the indicator system is a nice peace of mind feature the above has as well.
The only other item you might want to consider is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C57008.
