How To Add LED Tail Lights To a 1990 Ford Ranger Flat-Bed

I am building a wooden bed for my truck 90 ford ranger the truck uses a 2 element bulb for running, brake and turn signal. do you have LED taillights that work in such situations or do I need to get a converter?

I was able to access the tail light wiring schematics for a 1990 Ford Ranger and it appears as if the vehicle uses a conventional combined wiring system in which the brake/turn circuits are on one wire and then the running light circuit is on another wire. If that is the the case then you would not need any additional converter to use the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights part # TLL160RK.
The setup you are referencing is called multiplex which simply means the brake/turn/running light circuits are all on one wire which I do not believe is what you have but if you do they would indeed need to be separated which you could use the Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C59496 for.
