The mounting holes on the Buyers Products 50 Ton Air Compensated Pintle Hook # 337PH50AC are 0.781" in diameter. The horizontal mounting holes are 5" apart center on center, and the vertical mounting holes are 2.375" at the top and 2.125" center to center at the bottom.
I've also included a diagram that shows the distance, center on center, of the mounting holes on the plate.
