We do have a bracket and base rail fit for your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500, though the kit you mentioned will not work on your Chevy.
Instead, you'll need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC # C16411-204, which consists of two parts, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Chevy/GMC # C16411 and Fifth Wheel Base Rails # C16204. I have added a link to a video showing this kit being installed in a 2017 Silverado 2500 for you to take a look at.
This base rail kit will allow you to mount a fifth wheel hitch such as the Curt A20 with Slider # C16541 for a short bed or the fixed Curt A20 # C16140 if you have a long bed. If you need a fifth wheel wiring harness as well that part is the Bargman # 50-97-410.
