The main differences between the Draw-Tite trailer hitches with the 2" receivers for your 2019 Honda Odyssey is that the part # 76171 has a higher weight capacity and features a visible crosstube with a mounting bracket for wiring while the part # 76170 has a lower weight capacity but is features a hidden crosstube for a cleaner look once installed.

Since both Draw-Tite trailer hitches have weight ratings higher than your 2019 Odyssey it really boils down to what you plan on using the trailer hitch for. If for towing then the part # 76171 is better but if it's for an accessory like a bike rack the part # 76170 is better because it looks cleaner and promotes better ground clearance.
