Can Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 Fit Bikes with Tires Wider than 3 inches

My tires are 20x4. Are my tires too big for this rack? Thanks

While the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 that you referenced states the max tire width it can work with is 3 inches we've had customers come back with much wider tires than that and tell us it worked fine. Basically the tires just ended up sitting a bit more on top of the slots instead. See attached picture that shows 5 inch tires used with the rack.
