While we have a way for you to use Yakima round crossbars on a 2019 Ram 3500, it will need to be as a roof rack application, and the reason for that is the BAK Vortrak Hard Tonneau Cover slightly covers the stake pockets of your '19 Ram 3500 and there is no way to add a rack system over the tonneau without interference.

There is also not a way to attach those crossbars to the bed of your truck, but what you can do instead, so long as your 2019 Ram 3500 is a Crew Cab or Mega Cab is use your Round 66" CrossBars # Y00410 with BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y28TR, RoundBar SL Adapter # Y03536, and a quantity of two of the BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06135. I also highly recommend adding the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07204 to secure the rack to your truck and help protect your investments.

Adding these components will give you a complete roof rack so you can use your rooftop cargo box like a Yakima SkyBox NX 16 # Y95AV.
