Is the Master Cylinder for the Model 60 Brake Actuator Fully Enclosed

Does the master cylinder on this coupler have a lid/closed top? Or is it using the sheet steel and a gasket to enclose/cover the fluid reservoir on the top of the master cylinder? I was also looking for a lever lock version of this but couldnt find one. At a minimum I need electric lockout, 2inch ball, drum brakes, 3inch channel, single axle trailer, preferably lever lock.

The actual master cylinder that is used in the model 60 actuator, # T43397007K, is part # T4395100. This style uses the metal cover and the gasket pictured and is held on with 4 bolts. The model 6, 10, 20, and Ultra-70 use a fully enclosed master cylinder.
