Question:
I have a cargo trailer I am converting from hydraulic to electric brakes and am looking for a non-surge coupler to replace the Titan model 6 coupler that is on the trailer now. Will this one work?

First, unless the coupler that you have is not functioning properly, does not couple to the ball, or is damaged, you do not have to change it out. It will still function just fine with electric brakes.
I went out to the warehouse to determine the mounting pattern of the Model 6 actuator and the coupler, # T4853100. I found that the 2 couplers do have similar mounting patterns. I have included some pictures that shows the bolt hole patterns of each for you. The regular coupler should bolt in place of the model 6.
