I have a 2019 Ford F-350 long bed that has the factory fifth wheel rail kit that I need a hitch for to tow my new camper. I see there are a few options but I'd like to know what the best option is.

The best fifth wheel hitch for your 2019 Ford F-350 long bed is the B and W Companion hitch for Ford rail kits part # BWRVK3300. The main reasons I recommend this USA made hitch is because it's very well made so it will be easy to use and last you a long time and because it has the best jaw design that holds the king pin very tightly and securely.
