Yes, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24660 is indeed a fit for a 2002 Buick Regal. The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver is also a custom fit so no drilling into the frame is required. That said, you will want some gasket maker, the Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker part # LT37467 to seal up some pre-drilled holes in the trunk pan.
