3 inch hitches like what the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS30040B was designed for use the same hitch pin diameter as the smaller 2 inch and 2.5 inch hitch size which is 5/8 inch diameter.
For a locking hitch pin to use with this we have the Weigh Safe part # WS05 which would work great. I attached review videos for the hitch lock and the ball mount for you to check out as well.
