How Can I mount a 7-way plug on the curt hitch since the cross tube is concealed? With the other hitch the 7-way mounts to the cross tube. trying to use Tekonsha Wiring 118273

That is a great question Laura! The Tekonsha 7-Way wiring harness part # 118273 can be mounted to the Curt Hitch Receiver part # C13309 using Curt Easy Mount Bracket for 4- or 5-Way Flat and 6- or 7-Way Trailer Connectors # C58000. The Curt easy mount bracket fits over the hitch receiver opening and secures around the lip with the included hardware. I have attached a photo for your reference. Otherwise you would need to use a bracket like part # PK12711U and attach it to the bumper fascia which is inconvenient.
