Best Roof Rack and SUP Carrier for 2020 Toyota 4Runner with Raised Side Rails
Question:
We like to take our stand up paddleboards around but I just got a new 2020 Toyota 4runner so I'll need a new roof rack. Since my old SUP carrier is pretty worn down I figured I may as well get the rack and carrier so I'm looking for the best combo for my 4runner, which already has those rails down the sides.

The best roof rack for your 2020 Toyota 4Runner with raised side rails that so you can carry your stand-up paddleboards comes from Yakima and is made up of the following parts
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426
- TimberLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y33TR
- Same Key System Lock Cores (Optional) # Y07204
The reason this roof rack is the best for your '20 4Runner to carry your SUPs is because it is the only rack for your vehicle which has long, 60 inch crossbars, which is important because this maximizes the amount of space you have available to mount your accessories. Also, longer bars are more accessible, which makes securing your accessories to them much simpler. Not only is this rack more functional than others, its sleek aero bars look great and are also going to be very quiet due to their built-in WindRidges, minimizing the wind noise that other types of crossbars can create. I do recommend adding the SKS Lock Cores to protect your investment.
To carry your SUPs I highly recommend the Lockrack Adjustable Watersport Carrier # LR54FR.
