Question:
Hi we have an 18 foot fishing boat on a trailer. Wed like to use jacks to provide extra backup support for the boat during winter storage in the garage. Which product would you recommend?

Scissor style stabilizer jacks like the Leveling Scissor Jack Set # JSC-24 would be your best option. These were designed to stabilize camper trailers but would work great for what you are wanting. I attached a picture of what they look like in use plus a review video for more info as well.
Question:
Follow up question. Originally asked what trailer jack would be good to provide extra backup support for winter storage of a fishing boat on a trailer. The leveling scissor jack set #jsc-24 was recommended. Is there a similar jack that could be used where you dont have to drill holes and attach it to the trailer? Thanks

While you wouldn't necessarily need to drill and permanently mount the # JSC-24 to use it like you you would need to I can certainly understand your concern. For a similar option with a wider support plate that would probably be better and give you more peace of mind the # JSC-30 would be a better option.
