The direct replacement for your Ventline screen with model number VD0434 is # BVD0434-31 (birch white) or # BVD0434-41 (polar white). This is compatible with Ventline Ventadome roof vent models V2092, V2110, V2094 and V2119.

However, if you're referring to the plastic tabs pointed in the photo I attached, then what you need to replace is the complete frame assembly with part # BVC0573-31 for birch white, or # BVC0573-41 for polar white. This includes a new screen as well. The standard size on the plastic frames on all the above mentioned Ventadome roof vent models is 13-1/2 inches outside with the screen measuring 11-1/8 inches. So, assuming you meant to type 13-5/8 inches instead, this will work perfectly.

The # BVC0573-41R you were looking at includes a rocker switch for powered lift vents, which you don't need since it looks like yours is manual.
