Yes, you can fit the B and W Companion slider hitch part # BWRVK3400-5W in the bed of your 2019 Ram 2500 that does not have the OEM rail kit. All you need is the Turnoverball rail kit # BWGNRK1320-5W and you'd be set! This rail kit also doubles as a gooseneck hitch too which is nice.
