Yes, the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98908 is confirmed to fit your 2019 Nissan Pathfinder SV. There isn't a fit exclusion for the SV trim on your Pathfinder so it's going to work perfectly.

This custom Class III hitch will line up to existing holes in the vehicle's frame rails for a simple bolt-on (no-drill) installation and it features a sleek hidden design that allows only the 2" receiver to be visible from the rear.
