The Reese Turret for 5th Airborne and Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pins # RP61300-01 does include the necessary hardware and spacer kit for installation to the factory side brackets on your trailer, but it doesn't actually include those side brackets (if that's what you're referring to). Those should be welded to the frame of your trailer and isn't something that we have available.

Now if you are referring to the spacer kit plates that make this rotating turret compatible with Fabex 500, 503, 520, 530, 560 and 765; Lippert 0115, 1116 and 1716; and RBW 7019 and 7028 pin boxes, then yes - they are indeed included. Just for reference the spacer kit is part # RP61301 when obtained separately.
